Clematis Vyvyan Pennell

One of the most striking Clematis is a variety called Vyvyan Pennell, With it’s double blue flowers which are interspersed with single flowers. This one is growing up a pergola in the Garden Centre and with no pruning or attention every May it delights us with this stunning display.
